	Dear Special Friends Client - Please allow us to introduce our two cats, Task and Tsk, respectively. (Yes, they are litter mates - brother and sister!) In our initial interview with Alicia and her staff, their love of animals was quite openly apparent, not only in the enthusiastic and affectionate way they greeted our cats, but also in their thoroughness in obtaining any and all pertinent information that would enable them to provide the highest level of care possible in our absence. When it comes to animals and their care, Special Friends obviously wear their hearts on their sleeves!! We have since employed the pet sitting and vacation services of Special Friends on two occasions, both times for a period of at least a week. We are exceptionally pleased and satisfied with the loving care and attention they provide our cats and the good care they take of our home, not to mention the peace of mind for us, knowing our pets and home are in especially good hands. We will most certainly employ their services again in the future and, without hesitation or reservation, recommend their services to anyone. They are our "Special Friends"!
